You are as a customer responsible to give correct information when placing your order. Problems that emerge due to incorrectly stated information, such as name, mobile number, e-mail address or address where packages have not been picked up, the customer is charged a cost of SEK 300.
To register a purchase, we need your approval for Väderstad to process your personal data according to the GDPR in order to check your data to counter crime but also to be able to inform you about news, offers etc.
Your personal information will never be offered to another party and you can contact us at any time to update your information or ask us to delete it.
Misprints
Väderstad AB is not liable for misprints, erroneous information or incorrect product specifications. Images of our products are for illustrative purposes only and do not necessarily represent their exact appearance, dimensions or characteristics.
Copyright
All content of Väderstad’s webshop is owned by the company or its suppliers and is protected by Swedish copyright, marketing and trademark legislation. Trademarks, company names, design, layout, product information and other content of the website may not be reproduced or used without the written consent of Väderstad.
Disputes
We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes. Any disputes are resolved in accordance with Swedish law.
Force Majeure
Factors outside Väderstad's control, such as war, war-like event, civil war, revolution, rebellion, government action, natural disaster or similar event, can lead to complications that we cannot foresee, such as an order being paid for, but not delivered.
Prices
VAT is specified in all prices. Should VAT change, we reserve the right to adjust our prices by the corresponding amount. Prices can be changed in circumstances that Väderstad does not have control over, for example significantly changed purchase prices or changed VAT. Shipping and payment fees are not included in the prices displayed. We reserve the right to make printing and writing errors to the extent permitted by current consumer law legislation.
Sales and offers
Products at sale prices apply as long as the stock lasts. If you have received an offer code, we state, both on the Internet and in any mailing how long the offer is valid.
