Return & Refunds


As a customer, you have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the time you receive the product, provided that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition. The item must be saleable and returned in its original packaging, this is assessed on arrival at the warehouse.

If you need to return a product, please contact us and we will assist you further. Note that shipping costs for returns are paid by you as a customer.


Exchange

Contact us to return your product, then you simply place a new order in the online store. Note that shipping costs for exchanges are paid by you as a customer.


Claims

In the event of a complaint due to damaged goods or that we have dispatched the wrong item (s), we ask you to contact us by email or telephone. In the event of an approved complaint, the total amount of the item (s), including shipping, will be refunded. If the package and / or contents are damaged when picked up, report it immediately on site.

It all started with a red jacket


Prior to a field day in the 1980s the Väderstad co-owner Bo Stark found himself with a need to stand out from the crowd as a salesman in the field. This was the start to the Väderstad Collection Shop. Equipped with his new red jacket with a Väderstad logo on the back, Bo proudly entered the field day, and it did not take long till farmers around him asked to have the same jacket for themselves.
Today the Väderstad Collection Shop offers farmers a full clothing collection both for working in the field and the farm office.
