Order

Place the products you would like to order in your shopping cart. Then go to the checkout and fill in your details.

It is important that you provide us with the correct e-mail and phone number so that we can update you via confirmation and SMS notification regarding your order.

Confirmation

When we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

It contains all the information you need regarding your order. Save the order confirmation for any contacts with Customer Service.

When the order is ready and has left our warehouse, a delivery confirmation will be sent. This email contains information about the delivery and a tracking number linked to your shipment.

You will receive an SMS or email notification as soon as the package is available for you.

Cancellation of orders

Väderstad reserves the right to cancel orders in special circumstances after the order and delivery confirmation have reached the customer. An example of this is when the payment for some reason cannot be completed or in case an ordered item is not in stock. In such an event, notice of this is always sent to you.

Payment

We use Nets payment solutions that ensure smooth and secure online payment. At present, we offer Visa and Mastercard for card payments.

In some markets we offer Swish and / or invoice payment. If this is applicable in your country the option will appear in the checkout. When choosing invoice as payment, an administrative fee will be added: SEK 25.
